I just wanted to let you know how much I love my ring. It was such a treat to
open up such a beautiful package today and find my ring inside. I was robbed
this summer and every piece of jewelry I had was stolen. One of my favorite
rings was the blue aquamarine I had bought for my 40th birthday three years
ago at your store. I am so grateful to be able to replace it. I now have one ring
and plan to come back to Pepin to start my new jewelry collection. I lost a lot of
things that are not replaceable but am grateful that there is a wonderful store
like BNOX to turn to. I come there once a year with my best friend and we always
comment on the warmth we feel in your shop. The staff were helpful and kind to
me when I told them about losing all my jewelry. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for the great copper and brown earrings you gave me. I do
so appreciate them and your personal care to my family's needs over each year.
Everyone seemed to enjoy their BNOX gifts - Julie had forgotten about the clock
and loves it. Laura was ecstatic over her necklace and Ann especially likes the
earrings that have a lineup of 3 small squares - silver and gold. The biggest hit I
think was the gift of little leather card case/purses. Thanks also for the special
"door" Christmas card.

BNOX is a great place to spend an hour or two. They have so much to look at,
and I easily find at least a dozen things for gifts or for myself. Their customer
service is second to none. I always admired the "Pepin pendant", but I don't wear
necklaces. When I mentioned it to Rebecca she was quick to offer to have the
artist make it into a pin for me. It's one of my all time favorite pieces!
